Old caulk can: - Crack - Separate - Discolor - Trap moisture - Look unfinished Proper preparation is important. Existing failed caulk generally needs to be removed and the surface cleaned before new material is applied.
 Our Process:
 1. Inspect: we'll look at the existing condition and determine whether simple recaulking is appropriate. 2. Remove failed material:
where appropriate, old caulk is removed. 3. Prepare the surface:
the surface needs to be clean and dry before new caulk is applied. 4. Apply new caulk:
