Which areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville, Loomis, Granite Bay, and nearby communities. Availability can vary depending on the project.

What types of projects do you take?

We focus on smaller home repairs, installation, assembly, maintenance, and punch-list projects. Examples include drywall patches, door adjustments, TV mounting, shelving, furniture assembly, cabinet hardware, and other qualifying small repairs

Do you take large remodeling projects?

No. We are not a general remodeling contractor. Projects that require a contractor's license, permit, or fall outside our scope as a handyman are not accepted.

Can I send photos for an estimate?

Yes, photos are highly encouraged. Please send us several pictures from different angles and include measurements whenever possible so that we can provide you with a quick and accurate quote.

 

Do you provide the materials?

Yes, we generally provide the materials; however, it depends on the project. We'll always discuss any material requirements before work begins.

What is your minimum charge?

Our small service visits start at $150, and the actual price will depend on the project.

Do you offer punch-list services?

Yes, if you have several small projects we'll review your list and determine what we can take care of during a visit.

Do you work with realtors, landlords or property managers?

Yes, we can perform small repair and maintenance projects for realtors, landlords and property managers. Contact us with property details and the scope of work, and we'll be happy to let you know what we can help with.

Are you licensed?

NorCal Handymen are not California state-licensed contractors, and we only accept work that falls within California's requirements for handyman work. We are fully insured for the projects that we accept.

What if a project requires a licensed contractor?

We'll let you know if a project falls outside of our scope, and if that's the case we can offer a referral to an appropriate contractor who has the correct license or who can obtain the right permit.

Do you offer same-day service?
